In October and November 2009 the Safer Havant Partnership have been running an innovative new campaign aimed at tackling binge-drinking and anti-social behaviour in the Havant Borough at the Meridian Centre and in two local colleges.  Follow the link below for more information and a full evaluation of the campaign:
