Referral forms and information on support services

Catch 22 is a specialist treatment service that works with young people aged 19 and under who are experiencing problems with drugs and/or alcohol. The Service provides support to young people both within the community and the Hampshire Youth Offending Service.

Hampshire Brief Intervention Alcohol Service delivers sessions to adults who are consuming excessive quantities of alcohol.  The service is solely aimed at non-dependent drinkers whose alcohol use has become hazardous or harmful to their health.  Follow the links below for more information on the service and to access a referral form:

Victim Support in Havant has released a new information pack aiming to give confidence to those who suffer as a result of any community safety incident.  The pack gives advice, information and exercises all aimed at building up self-esteem and confidence.  This project was supported by the Safer Havant Partnership.  Follow the link below to view a PDF version of the pack:

The Home Office has published new guidance for councillors on the tools and powers available to local agencies to deal with anti-social behaviour.
